Corridor
Photo by Valentin Cvetanoski on Pexels.
I walk a corridor
Floors covers with dust
Yet my footsteps leave no print
Beneath the flicker of halogen tubes
And at the end I reach a door
Old and familiar
But I have not seen it thus far
And when I open it, the corridor simply continues
Again and again
Each time the door feels new
Each time I know it is not
