2026 Junior and Senior Prom Information

Prom will be held at the Chandelier Ballroom in Hartford, WI on April 18, 2026. The time for prom will be from 6:15pm, when we depart Hamilton, until 10:30pm when we will head back to the high school from the venue.

Check in for the event will begin in the Hamilton cafeteria at 5:45pm on April 18th. 

Students MUST use the transportation provided by the school in order to attend this event. Buses will depart Hamilton no later than 6:15pm. Any student who misses the bus will not be permitted to drive themselves to the event. Please plan accordingly as refunds will not be issued if a student or students miss the bus.

Tickets for prom are available through GoFan starting March 2, 2026 and continue through March 27, 2026 at a cost $85 each. There are 480 tickets available due to venue capacity. No tickets will be available after this date. Students must be able to access the tickets the night of the event for check in. Refunds for tickets are not available except under extenuating circumstances.  

Please make sure when purchasing tickets, that the correct ticket is selected: HHS Junior, HHS Senior, Guest: HHS Student (going with a junior or senior and is a Hamilton student), or Guest: Non HHS Student.

Students who are bringing a guest from a different school, must also complete a guest form (found outside the office) and return it to the office no later than 3/25 so that they may receive a guest code to purchase the guest ticket (Guest: Non HHS Student) by the deadline of 3/27. 

Every student, including guests from other schools, need to complete the Google form for emergency contact information and submit it when purchasing tickets. Emergency information forms must be completed no later than Friday, March 27th. The form will be linked in the GoFan ticketing area. 

Prom groups will need to be submitted in writing to room E183 no later than April 10th for table and bus assignments. By submitting group lists, the possibility of being assigned to the same table and bus is much greater. Students who do not submit a list or who are not included on a list, will be assigned a table and bus randomly.
