In March of last school year, Hamilton Gender and Sexuality Club (GSA) ran a clothes drive to help jumpstart Courageous Closet, a service offered by Every Little Fiber, a private practice in Brookefield.

Courageous Closet is “a no-cost, size-inclusive boutique curated from gently used clothing for those in recovery or exploring alternative clothing styles. Whether our clients are recovering from an eating disorder and need access to various sized clothing as bodies change, or we have a client who is navigating where they may land on the gender identity spectrum; the courageous closet allows access to these items.”

GSA’s drive brought in over two dozen garbage bags full of clothes and helped set up a donation bin at Every Little Fiber. They continue to receive donations.

If you or anyone you know could benefit from this service, reach out to info@everylittlefiber.com!
