Hamilton DECA Brings Smiles

Hamilton DECA is taking on helping the community by contributing to Color A Smile! This fall, the chapter is joining in on the Wisconsin DECA initiative to team up with Color A Smile, a non-profit organization that creates and collects printable coloring sheets and distributes them to troops overseas, children in hospitals, senior citizens, and anyone who needs a smile. Last year, Hamilton DECA was able to donate over 1,000 coloring sheets; this year, the club has a new goal of 2,000. By participating, Hamilton students not only support a meaningful cause but also can build relationships within the Hamilton community. 

How You Can Get Involved: 

Color A Page: Grab a page from Mrs. Fields in room 53 or Mrs. Kowalske in room E174 or download and print them directly from Color A Smile using this link.

Submit your Page: Bring completed pages back to Mrs. Fields in room 53 or Mrs. Kowalske in room E174. If you are a registered DECA member, attach a post it note with your name and grade to receive one point towards membership points.

Spread the Word: Encourage your friends, family, teachers and classmates to join in. The more pages we color, the greater the impact.

Follow @decahamilton and @wi_deca on social media to find updates on how many pages have been collected state wide and track the chapters progress to their goal of 2,000 pages. DECA members should stay tuned for Color A Smile events where members can receive additional points for attending events.
