It’s Thanksgiving week! And along with a few extra days off of school, many of us will probably be spending a few extra hours with family. Even if you don’t celebrate, we’ll all be home a bit more, so why not show those around you some love?

In fact, spending time with family and friends can make you better at coping with stress, improve your mental health, and improve, surprisingly, your cardiovascular health. Not to mention, spending time with family can lengthen your life.

We hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, spend some time with those you love, find some joy, and maybe lengthen your life!

As always, enjoy yourself, and have a great week from us at Charger Press!

Remember, you’re not alone, if you or anyone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency, contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 9-8-8. Or, if you or anyone you know is struggling with mental health issues, you can visit 988lifeline.org, Stress and Coping Resources, and reach out to a trusted adult at home or at school.
