Century Companies Writing Contest
Due October 7th, the Century Companies Student Writing Contest is open to all middle and high school students in Waukesha. The first place prize is $250, second place is $175, and third place is $75! Submissions are completely free, and can be an original essay, creative nonfiction, or poem. Check them out here!
Duane Stein Contest
Due October 1st, the Duane Stein Short Story Contest is available to all middle and high school students in Wisconsin. The first place prize is $2,000, second place is $1,000, and third place is $500! Submissions are completely free, and can be up to 2,500 words. They must be an original short story in any fiction genre. Find out more information here!
